To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Preparation & Punctuality
Be On Time: We only wait for 15 minutes. Respect your fellow hikers' time.
Parking: Prepare RM5–10 for parking fees.
Fuel Your Body: Do not skip breakfast; eat light to avoid fainting or low blood sugar.
Essentials: Bring a raincoat (e.g., from DIY), extra clothes for changing, and personal food/drinks.
2. Safety & Teamwork
Follow the Leader: Stay with the group leaders and those with walkie-talkies. Follow the white paper markers on the trail.
Stay Alert: Be cautious of your surroundings. Do not disturb wildlife (snakes, bees, etc.).
Water Safety: No solo swimming or risky photos. Follow instructions on when and where it is safe to enter the water.
Cooking: If using a stove, ensure it is high quality and you know how to operate it safely.
Communication: If you need to head back early, inform a leader so a subgroup can be formed. Never leave alone without notice.
3. Etiquette & Conservation
Leave No Trace: Strictly no littering. Bring back all trash, including the smallest bits of plastic.
Trail Manners: Do not push or cut the queue.
Self-Responsibility: You are responsible for your own safety and the well-being of your teammates.
